Home Checks:
Alarm systems are great, but don't provide a physical inspection of your property while you are away. For home owners who don't have pets, VI-Pets Home Check service is your ticket to stress free travel. We'll go by your home on a schedule you provide to do a physical inspection of your home, inside and out.

Whether you're in town or not, we're also available to meet with contractors at your home to provide home access. Give us a call to schedule the visit or provide your service person our number and we'll coordinate directly with them to set up a time for their visit.

Minimum Fee: $20

Additional fees may apply for extended stays

Property Management:
Multi-home owners who spend extended periods of time away from their Dallas property can enlist our property management service. This is a full home care service, providing multiple weekly property visits. We also provide oversight and management of home maintenance care, house keeping, utilites, landscaping, receipt of mail/packages and vehicle care. This service ensures your home is professionally taken care of in your absence and in top shape for your return.
